to the lean-to in Louhela

village, where the canoe tour begins. Reaching the Louhela
lean-to after a couple of hours of canoeing, leaving the equipment at the
lean-to, and enjoying the packed lunch at the fireside. Cost of the tour is 80

1: Transporting one canoe and the canoeists (2 adults
and their equipment) from Louhela to the Kärkelä mill village, where the canoe
tour begins.
Reaching the Louhela lean-to after a couple of hours of canoeing; staying
overnight in the lean-to (possibility for bathing in the sauna). The following
morning the tour continues to Kirkkojärvi Lake where the northern shoreline is
followed to reach the southern end of the lake. After the lake, the tour
continues along the Kisko River to the Aijala Bridge, where the canoeists and
the canoes are picked up and brought back to Louhela. Price of the tour without
bathing in the sauna is 150 €, and with bathing in the sauna 175 €.
